All members must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions for abc123.com
- All members of abc123.com must be members of the Better Business Bureau or in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
- Businesses must be licensed and insured for the work they perform where required.
- abc123.com is a 21st century Internet presentation for your business; you must maintain a working website.
- No member may have any content on his or her website that we consider vulgar, indecent or offensive, or any ads or content that attempts to discredit the competition.
- Your websites landing page or display ad on abc123.com was created by our art department at no charge to you what so ever.
- You may do your own display ad if you like; we will provide you with the specs and install it on the abc123.com website at no charge to you.
- If you change your websites-landing page, just let us know and our art department will re-do your new Image, and Install it on abc123.com at no charge to you.
- abc123.com is Invitation only, the position you receive when you join is yours to keep.
- abc123.com is membership based, we simply charge a flat rate, for a business membership in a market, there are no hidden cost or fees what so ever.
- If you do not or cannot serve your entire market due to franchise restrictions, you may contact the other franchisees in your market; and ask them to share the cost with you. They must meet the standards for membership as set forth here.
- We have chosen six great contractors for every category, and your position in these first six places will change randomly and at different times. You will always be at the top of your heading with your great Internet presentation.
- abc123.com makes no representation regarding the performance and availability of our web site. Unplanned system outages may also occur from time to time. We shall have no liabilities whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of the web site or for any loss of business, or transactions caused by unplanned or planned outages.
Our promise at abc123.com to you and your Business is simply this.
- We will only be an Internet Home Improvements and Service Industry directory.
- There will be no contractor referral services on abc123.com for any reason.
- Our goal at abc123.com is to promote local businesses and local franchises.
- There will be no do-it-your-self websites, advertisements, or advertising by anyone except the business displays of our members at abc123.com.
Payment terms
- There is no down payment, monthly or yearly contract commitments at abc123.com.
- You may discontinue your membership at abc123.com at anytime for any reason.
- For the definition or size of your market, please refer to the map on abc123.com.
The entire "Denver Metro Area" (zones, two thru seven) is $30.00 a month total.
The entire "Boulder Longmont Area (zone one) is $30.00 a month total. - The cost for membership will not change for 3 years beginning in 2008.
- When a contractor begins payment, this will serve as confirmation that she or he has read and agrees to the Contractor's Terms & Conditions.
- If you have received an invitation to abc123.com, you can make sure you maintain your position at the top of your category, and confirm your membership right now.
- Please use PayPal, to make payments on a monthly basis, or contact us if you need to make other payment arrangements.
